INSURANCE

Insurance is mandatory in the event that luggage is missplaced. We are not liable for incidents that are out of our control. We do our best to ensure luggage will arrive in a timely fashion, and that we keep track of your luggage every step of the way. Transparency is key.

Travelers will recieve multiple updates. We are not responsible for weather related or emergency delays, as that is out of our control. Luggage orders must be placed two weeks prior to travel. To ensure you understand these terms, a waiver must be signed.
